People & Culture Manager

**About Us**
This family owned and operated business, supply refrigerated transport services throughout Australia and are currently looking for a People & Culture Manager to be based in Dandenong South and manage the HR functions across QLD, NSW, and SA for 150+ employees.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership to lead and motivate the business to achieve goals and objectives
- Consult on agreements, awards, policies, and legislation to provide advice to departments.
- End to end recruitment, performance management, safety, training, and development
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to provide HR advice and support
- Management of company policy and procedures to ensure compliance to legislation
- Develop, coordinate, and manage employee relations and engagement activities
- Provide support and assistance to employees through counseling and coaching
**Experience & Qualifications**
- 3 years’ experience in a HR Manager role or Recruitment Agency
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and general HR principals
- End to end recruitment functions from unskilled to senior staff
- Knowledge of relevant awards, policies, and legislation
- Work closely with employees, supervisors, managers, and Directors
Your background can be from either a senior high-volume recruitment agency in an end-to-end capacity or internal recruitment.
