As part of our newly created team based in **Tweed Heads** you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

As the Team Coordinator to the NI Corporate team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administration support to assist with a variety of tasks.

This will be a** permanent position** commencing in our **Newly Created Office based in the Tweed Heads office, with flexibility to work from home.**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for facilitating the daily functions and operations of the Tweed site.
- Management, coordination and completion of correspondence, communications, presentations, projects, annual business activities and monthly business reporting.
- Meeting coordination, preparation and minute taking.
- Organisation and coordination of onboarding and Reward & Recognition activities.
- Management of Internal Communication Framework.
- SharePoint administration.
- Scheduling team travel and coordination of itineraries.
- Expense management.
- Support with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting the extended leadership team with any other day-to-day admin tasks and requests.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Superior time management and organisational skills to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow
- Experience in providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience in building strong working relationships with all stakeholders
- Advanced competency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint
