**The Department**
The SBS Inclusion Program is an initiative of SBS Media. The SBS Inclusion Program is comprised of a growing portfolio of courses and filmed assets which are currently licensed to more than 700 organisations and more than 1.2 million employees. The premium training program has been designed to build social cohesion through fostering workplace inclusion.
**The Role**
You will be a key member of a small, high performing team, building and delivering Australia’s leading Inclusion and Diversity training program in a high growth, customer centric environment. Your role will be to support the team’s sales and licensing activities and to deliver premium customer service to a large and expanding customer base.
In addition you will:
- Assist Sales Team in providing information for enquiries related to the Inclusion Program.
- Assist in onboarding process for clients.
- Provide premium customer service to enquiries and clients during pre-sale and post-sale.
- Help prepare contracts for clients.
- Update and maintain appropriate files/records.
- Contribute to team strategic conversations and participate in projects.
**About you**
We are looking for someone who has strong customer service skills and experience, someone who is customer centric focussed and is interested in diversity and inclusion. In addition you will have;
- Well-developed customer service and customer relations skills and experience.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and be keen to learn new software packages.
- Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail (a must).
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, with a polite yet confident demeanour.
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities to meet set targets/outcomes.
- Experience in working with a CRM and/or EDM is desirable.
- A tertiary education is preferred but not necessary.
