**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This is a unique opportunity to join the Workplace Experience team based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane in a temporary, FT contracting role. Reporting to the Workplace Experience Coordinator this a highly diverse role with a main focus - creating a positive experience for anyone that enters and uses Origin's workplace.
Day to day you’ll be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting visitors, meeting room operations and bookings, communications, emergency and security management, mail, events and catering
- Providing an interface between your back of house/operational peers and the business
- Visitor and contractor controls
- Supporting space planning discussions with the business
- Taking pride in the physical workplace and the experience of it
**IS THIS YOU?**
You’ll need to be an exceptional communicator with a strong history of problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
To be selected for an interview you will need to demonstrate:
- The ability to prioritise a diverse workload
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing and competing demands
- An excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Intermediate computer skills across the Microsoft suite of products
- Experience delivering excellent customer service in a large organisation
