About the role
At Origin, our workplaces are more than just offices, they're communities where collaboration, innovation, and connection come to life. We're looking for an experienced Workplace Experience & Operations Coordinator to step into a 5-month leadership role and help us deliver an outstanding workplace experience across our Sydney CBD office.
You will lead a passionate team who ensure our people and visitors enjoy a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace every day. You'll oversee everything from facilities and front-of-house operations to events, health and safety, and culture-building initiatives. Keeping things running smoothly while creating spaces that energise our people. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and inspire a small team of Workplace Experience Assistants to deliver exceptional service every day.
Oversee the full spectrum of office operations.
Champion the workplace experience, ensuring our spaces are safe, functional, and welcoming for everyone.
Build strong relationships across Origin, working closely with Property, IT, and business leaders to support evolving workplace needs.
Manage contractors, maintenance programs, and operational budgets to keep things on track.
What will you bring?
Demonstrated experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or similar roles.
Experience leading or supervising teams. You know how to guide, support, and inspire others.
Strong operational mindset with excellent problem-solving, prioritisation, and communication skills.
A proactive approach to health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace.
The ability to thrive in a energetic environment, managing competing priorities with confidence and calm.
