**About the role**:
Join a retail and distribution business in the Apparel and Footwear industry as their new Ecommerce Specialist In this position you will drive & lead the management & maintenance of 2 x brands on 2 x websites You will essentially drive online sales to help meet financial targets and profit budgets

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review sales by week by day by promotion to agree future activity ahead of monthly projections.
- Tracking sales performance to budget, forecast & LY by promotion and key website metrics.
- Proactively identify tactical opportunities to drive trade and sales uplift.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Ecommerce Sales reporting & analysis, providing actionable insights.
- Monitor industry, online and mobile shopping trends, maintaining knowledge of competition and awareness of Ecommerce opportunities.
- Work in partnership with Performance Marketing team to execute customer acquisition and retention marketing campaigns through SEO, Social Media, CRM and Online Advertising.

**Key Skills**:

- Cross platform experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Ecommerce Role.
- Understanding of customer databases and segments.
- Problem solving skills.
- Self-management skills.
- Understanding of data movement.
- Understanding of how data and integrations work.
