We want to give people around the world the power and desire to make easy, sustainable change. **Your New Role** The Technical eCommerce Specialist is a senior, cross-functional digital operator responsible for the successful execution and optimisation of our ecosystem. This role blends campaign execution, technical troubleshooting, content management, platform optimisation, and reporting expertise. With oversight of critical projects and multi-region eCommerce activity, the Technical eCommerce Specialist is hands-on in maintaining site excellence, leading campaign launches, driving insights, and supporting new team members through knowledge sharing and documentation. This role requires strong technical acumen, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness to ensure operational efficiency and business growth. **Your Day to Day** - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (global teams, marketing, creative, IT, developers, platform partners, and agencies) to recommend site features, and usability and resolve technical issues and improvements. - Develop and implement a disciplined system of UAT, Feedback and QC for both front and back-end infrastructure. - Maintain up-to-date product listings, descriptions and product ranking/concentration. - Develop and maintain product plans with product teams to ensure new product launches and product discontinuation are actioned online. - Develop and maintain all customer data to ensure security, privacy and utilisation processes are appropriate and in compliance with regulations in all locations. - Liaise with CX teams to ensure campaigns and any website customer support and protocols are appropriate. - Produce post-campaign performance reports and ongoing dashboard insights across key eCommerce KPIs. **What You Need** - Considerable eCommerce experience in a technically focused role. - Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus, including multi-store and multi-region functionality. - Experience with key platforms including Klaviyo, Google Analytics (UA + GA4), Yotpo, and CMS tools. - Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, tagging, HTML, and general digital infrastructure. - Track record of owning campaigns end-to-end with tight deadlines and cross-functional input. - Adept at project coordination and problem-solving under pressure. - Excellent attention to detail with a user-first mindset and a bias for action. - High-level documentation and knowledge-sharing skills. **The Perks**: - Dog-friendly offices. - Staff discounts on frank green products. - Learning and development budget to grow your skills. - Birthday leave, take the day off to celebrate you - Generous parental leave. - Hybrid work environment. - Fun, inclusive events and team celebrations. **Our Culture**: At frank green, we believe diversity makes us better.
