**Role Insight**
As a **Customer Relations Consultant**, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring that every customer's needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and streamlined processes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming customer calls and identifying their needs.
- Booking vehicles for service appointments and updating customer details in our service database.
- Following up on customer enquiries through various channels, such as telephone, website, and digital platforms.
- Providing solutions to customer queries and concerns in a prompt and effective manner.
- Performing administrative and clerical duties with precision.
- Collaborating with internal departments and the management team to ensure seamless communication.
- Exceeding guest expectations by delivering exceptional service consistently.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent administration and data management abilities.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality even under pressure.

- Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Desire to learn, develop, and build a rewarding long-term career.
- **Previous Experience in a Fast Paced, Phone Based Role. Ideally within a Dealership Environment**
