**Description**:
Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive real impact? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where accuracy and attention to detail matter? We’re looking for a **Client Reporting Analyst** to join our team and help deliver high-quality reports and insights that support some of our most valued clients.

As a Client Reporting Analyst, you’ll be responsible for producing and managing daily reports that provide clear, actionable information to our clients. Your work will play a key role in client transparency, engagement, and strategic decision-making.

You’ll work closely with our data and technology teams to ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and insightful — helping clients understand trends, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.

This role is an initial 6-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension or conversion dependent on business needs and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and deliver daily reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Analyse transaction data to identify trends and insights tailored to client needs
- Translate complex datasets into clear and meaningful narratives
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputs
- Continuously improve reporting processes and templates
- Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies or reporting issues
- Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes and data sources

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is (desirable).
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in a reporting, analytics, or client-facing data role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL or similar data querying languages desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Clear and confident communication skills
