**Recruitment Coordinator**
- Limited Term Full Time | Until July 2026 | Medical Workforce Unit | Great opportunity

- The Medical Workforce Unit is responsible for the Doctors in Training (DIT) recruitment programs and the day-to-day operational management of our DIT medical workforce across Eastern Health, with 795 positions in clinical areas including - Medicine, Surgery, Emergency as well as Mental Health and Wellbeing.

**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced recruitment co-ordinator to undertake all aspects of junior doctor recruitment activities; shortlisting, interviewing, contracting; on-boarding, and associated AHPRA registration processing.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Relevant Educational Qualifications or proven ability in recruitment.
- Prior Experience in Medical Workforce Unit
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Experience in preparation, processing and administration of contracts.
- Outstanding organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and meet time critical deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills and experience in excel and databases.
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
