The organisation

Our client is a multinational organisation specialising in Construction, Property and Infrastructure. They are a well-established business, known to place innovation and sustainability at the centre of their priorities.

The position

We are seeking for a dynamic Finance Analyst, ideally with previous experience in experience in Property, Aged Care or Retirement living. Part of the Retirement Living business of the Group, the role focused on the settlement function, monitoring the recording of village management and development settlements, as well as financial transactions for the Retirement Living asset portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Settlement calculations, and confirmation of all settlement financial matters in the Legal Online system
- Settlement journals processing
- BAS reviews
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Providing support to internal Legal team, Village Managers, Regional Finance and Shared Services
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Accounting, Finance)
- Previous experience in contract administration, financial reporting, and financial planning
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Oracle suit, and Online Legal Conveyancing system is advantageous.
