ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a newly created role supporting the Member Engagement Events team with back-end administration, coordination and preparation works for all Member events that take place in NSW. This role will also have admin support to all Member committees and councils.

**You will**:

- Collaborating closely with the Events team to plan and support a diverse range of events
- Handling event logistics, function coordination, and on-site assistance
- Managing event bookings, responding to member inquiries, and processing orders and invoices
- Maintaining effective member communication and distributing relevant updates
- Assisting with regional governance processes and ensuring compliance standards (minute taking, writing agendas, organising catering)
- Coordinating event analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvements

ABOUT YOU
- Strong administrative skills with an exceptional eye for detail
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise with internal teams and members
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Willingness to learn and grow in an exciting event support role
