Join Sunwater as a Payroll Coordinator where you’ll play a vital role in coordinating the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring precise execution of payroll delivery to employees. You will provide high level payroll advice and support, while collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

As a Payroll Coordinator at Sunwater, you will:

- Support and assist the Senior Payroll Advisor in the end-to-end payroll processes and ensure that system requirements, legislative requirements, timeframes, service standards and business outcomes are met
- Oversee the payroll processing and timesheet data administration ensuring it is completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Provide high level advice and services to Sunwater employees on payroll, employment conditions and entitlements and accurate recording of hours worked as they relate to payroll
- Coordinate and support payroll and system compliance with audit processes and internal control framework as it relates to payroll services

We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in award / legislation interpretation. You will have 5+ years demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll processing in a medium size organisation. You will also bring:

- Experience in payroll functionality as it relates to system enhancements and compliance.
- Stakeholder management and multi-level communications

- Base salary starting from $97,421.48 pro rata
- 12.75% superannuation
- This role is a part time position, working 30.4 hours per week
- 17.5% leave loading
