**The Company**

A growing services business on Brisbane's northside is currently looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include;
- Timely and accurate processing of fortnightly payroll for all staff, following Enterprise Agreements, contracts, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and industrial agreements, managing remuneration changes effectively.
- Handle superannuation, workcover, and other employer obligations through report production and reconciliation.
- Efficiently manage new hires, contractors, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Accurately administer leave entitlements.
- Promptly prepare end-of-month and end-of-year payroll reports.
- Cultivate positive relationships across departments.
- Support the Payroll Manager, providing assistance during their absence.

**About You**
- Multiple years experience working with an end to end Payroll function, ideally within an high-volume environment.
- Exposure to various payroll systems (preferably CHRIS21) and confident using Microsoft Excel functions.
- You will have the confidence and superb communication-style to provide accurate & efficient client service delivery.
