The People Transformation & Consulting (PTC) team are responsible for designing and delivering various initiatives which directly contribute to ANZs purpose to “shape a world where people and communities thrive”

Innovation is at the heart of PTC, we’re rapidly evolving, growing and delivering complex work that has resulted in increased demand for our specialist services.

We have a portfolio of new and complex projects which has resulted in multiple permanent and fixed-term (10 - 18 months) opportunities across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Bengaluru, and Manila which may be full-time or part-time (32 hours per week).

Consultant - Workforce Transformation & Consulting

**What your mission includes**: delivery of diverse, large scale workforce people initiatives

**What your day looks will involve**: Co-designing workforce transformation solutions

**What your toolkit includes**: Experience in the delivering projects as part of large workforce transformation programs (i.e. operating model, organisational design, offshoring, restructures, M&A activities)

Senior Consultant - Workforce Transformation & Consulting

**What your mission includes**: Leading a stream withing a broader program of work to design and deliver diverse large scale workforce people initiatives

**What your day will involve**: Collaborating with your stream and across your broader team as well as across the bank to design and execute people solutions (e.g. organisation design, location strategy execution)

**What your toolkit includes**: Experience supporting elements of large, complex workforce transformation programs (i.e. operating model, organisational design, offshoring, restructures, M&A activities)

Manager - Workforce Transformation & Consulting

**What your mission includes**: Leading a team to design and deliver diverse large scale people initiatives

**What your day will involve**: Collaborating with your team and across the bank to design and execute people solutions (e.g. execution and delivery of integration or separation activities)

**What your toolkit includes**: Experience supporting large, complex workforce transformation programs (i.e. operating model, organisational design, offshoring, restructures, M&A activities)

Senior Manager - Workforce Transformation & Consulting

**What your mission includes**: Growing our people’s capability both within your chapter or team and more broadly across PTC through experiential and formal learning, thought leadership across the full range of service propositions and/or leading large, complex program delivery teams.

**What your day will involve**: Leading the strategy, design, and execution through your team and engagement across a broad range of Senior & Executive Stakeholders to deliver people solutions (i.e. operating model, organisational design, offshoring, restructures, M&A activities)

**What your toolkit includes**: Experience leading large, complex workforce transformation programs (i.e. operating model, organisational design, offshoring, restructures, M&A activities)
