Reporting to the **Credit Manager - Major Accounts**, the **Credit Officer - Major Accounts** is responsible for coordinating and reconciling debtor accounts assigned to their ledger. Key responsibilities include liaising with customers to facilitate resolution of payment on overdue invoices and outstanding accounts and building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

This role is high volume and requires someone with a can-do attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with our key customers and stakeholders. This position works in a supportive team that will help you to maximise your success while in this role.

**Location**: South Guildford, Perth WA

**Roster: 5/2, 8 Hours**

**About you**:

- Experience in AR/Credit role managing key customer accounts
- Strong reconciliation and payment allocation skills
- Results oriented with record of achieving cash collection goals
- Well-developed problem solving and negotiation skills
- Experience delivering positive customer outcomes
- Excel experience (basic formula and Vlookup)
- Experience working with a large ERP, SAP highly desirable
- Ability to work with a team and autonomously
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- PPSA experience preferred
