**The Opportunity and about the role**:
HCA is a major player in Nursing Education through its RTO - EmployEase Training. With ambitious growth plans underway throughout Melbourne and nationally, a unique opportunity exists for a Learning Designer.

**About the Role**:
Based in St. Kilda Road Melbourne and reporting to the LMS Manager, this position will service new and existing customers in HCA’s current clientele.

This role can be worked 4 days per week or full time.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Design learning programs to enhance capability through online learning solutions
- Experience in digital design including graphics, videos, animations, other digital and print resources for E-Learning.
- Learn and understand our LMS to assist clients
- Demonstrate the ability consultative approach with stakeholders

**Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years of strong e-Learning development experience
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent work ethic, energy, passion, and commitment
- A desire to get results / achieve goals
- Ability to multitask

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Ability to influence with stakeholders and SMEs
- Experience with creating modern E-Learning content and blended learning activities
- LMS and systems knowledge, preferred
- Proficiency In Articulate 360 authoring tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
