**The Opportunity**

Join the Client and Learner Solutions team within Executive Education in this key role responsible for steering strategic and client learning design projects. You will lead and drive the design of engaging and high-quality learning experiences and products in face-to-face, blended and online modes for clients in Executive Education. You will utilise your exceptional client service skills to deliver solutions that delight both learners and clients.

Some key accountabilities will also include:

- Delivering solutions within time and on budget, and managing the work of learning designers across multiple projects while maintaining the high quality solutions that represent the Melbourne Business School brand.
- Application of expert knowledge in adult learning theory to the high-level design of programs and the learning designers’ work
- Working flexibly across face-to-face, blended and online modes in the design of learning solutions
- Designing innovative learning experiences that create memorable moments for learners and which help learning stick.
- Building trusted relationships with MBS Faculty and Associates based on mutual respect and empathy.
- Leading showcases of learning solutions that demonstrate the value of our learning solutions and which align with the client’s drivers, wants and needs.
- Ensuring client’s brand and context are represented in all learning solutions where appropriate.
- Contributing to business development activities in the planning and articulation of potential learning solutions to help win work.
- Leading the continuous improvement of process, practice and project management
- Contributing to the planning of projects during business development including the allocation of hours and resources.
- Providing leadership to learning designers across projects, including onboarding new learning designers and the mentorship and coaching of existing team members.
