Our Federal Government client is seeking qualified
**Revenue Management Support Officers** to complete account management and financial duties for the department.

**Duties include but is not limited to**:

- Help team leaders with creating and sending yearly invoices for charges
- Manage payment receipts by assisting with daily payment processing.
- Handle various financial tasks, like issuing refunds and credits, as directed
- Assist with managing debts, such as recording payment requests and preparing cancellation notices for unpaid charges
- Sort and respond to basic inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, and identify issues that require further attention

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in a financial operations team, such as Accounts receivable or Accounts Payable function
- Demonstrated customer service experience and commitment to providing high-level responsive and professional support
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Experience in, and working knowledge of, Government’s financial management framework including debt management
