**As our Content Creator, you will**:

- **Drive Digital Engagement**:Lead content creation and scheduling across social and digital platforms in line with Morling College’s brand.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**:Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support marketing campaigns and creative projects.
- **Deliver with Excellence**:Manage marketing and admin tasks with initiative and precision, ensuring consistent, high-quality communications.
- This role is permanent part-time, **22.8 hours/week** (3 days/week).
- **Remuneration**:$65,084.70/year pro-rated to **$39,050.82/year (excl. Super)**.

- Skilled in copywriting and digital content creation with strong attention to detail.
- Creative, adaptable, and proactive thinker.
- Effective communicator with confidence in engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
- Committed to continuous learning, especially in digital marketing trends and tools.
- Involvement in a local evangelical church and demonstrated Christian character.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Formal qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media management, basic graphic design (e.g. Canva), and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and website user experience best practices.
