Role Responsibilities:

- Develop engaging and measurable strategies for LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create compelling content to captivate our audience.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to align on paid social strategies.
- Identify and collaborate with influential individuals to amplify our brand.
- Provide insights on social media engagement metrics to drive performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize content, posting times, and ad creative.
- Manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and legal regulations for all content.

Skills and Qualifications:
**Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; preference given to those with advanced degrees.**
- Demonstrated proficiency in navigating social media platforms, coupled with a keen awareness of emerging content trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, evidenced by clear and effective messaging across various channels.
- Additional skills in graphic design and multimedia are highly desirable and may provide a competitive edge.
- A comprehensive understanding of all relevant social platforms, including adeptness in utilizing data analytics for strategic decision-making and reporting purposes.
- Strong aptitude for creative and visually compelling storytelling, with capabilities in copywriting to enhance engagement and impact.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
