**Key Responsibilities**:
IT License Optimisation
- Identify opportunities to optimize IT licensing utilization, driving cost savings and license consolidation.
- Ensure retention of IT products/services aligns with business needs through comprehensive review. Maintain IT software license inventory, ensuring strict compliance with licensing agreements.

IT Commercial Management
- Guide procurement and legal pathways, offering commercial expertise and support.
- Collaborate with IT Leadership, Procurement, Legal, and stakeholders to understand contract requirements. Lead negotiations for IT contracts, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.

IT Vendor Governance & Relationship
- Drive consistent vendor strategies and governance in collaboration with the IT Leadership team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with IT vendors and conduct regular performance reviews. Ensure vendor compliance with contractual terms, SLAs, and deliverables.

IT Purchasing Coordination
- Oversee the purchasing process, including purchase orders and order fulfillment tracking. Resolve purchasing-related issues through effective communication with vendors and stakeholders.

**Your Skill Set**:
✔️ Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing complex IT vendor contracts.
✔️ Expertise in establishing and optimizing both perpetual and subscription licensing agreements.
✔️ Strong stakeholder management skills, including complex customer expectations and SLAs.
✔️ Knowledge of IT purchasing best practices and conceptual understanding of IT Managed Services.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
✔️ Proficiency in data analysis tools to transform and analyze data sets.
✔️ Ability to share analytical insights with stakeholders of varying expertise and seniority.
✔️ Competency in project management methodologies.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
✔️ Tertiary level qualifications in Business, Commerce, Information Services, or an IT-related discipline or relevant experience.
✔️ 5+ years of experience in IT Commercial & Licensing Management.
