We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a growing Commercial Boutique Agency with an exceptional reputation in the Inner Eastern suburbs.

This agency focus heavily on rewarding the dedication of their team and have introduced different social events and company perks, to make this an enjoyable workplace that stands out from the crowd

**The Role - will include but not be limited to...**
- Manage a well maintained portfolio
- Routine Inspections, In going and out going condition reports
- Maintenance Management
- Essential service maintenance and insurance management
- End of lease, renewals, and amendments
- Arrears Management
- Prepare financial reports, budgets and assist HOD
- Up to date knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Maintain regular contact with clients and tenants

**Required**
- Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Property Manager (residential or commercial)
- Exceptional time management & organisation
- Dedicated attitude and all around team player
