**What you’ll do**
- End-to-end campaign management for all client and agency campaigns for your designated sales team
- Create an excellent client experience by having a client-centric focus and acting as one touch point offering pre, during, and post-campaign support to clients and agencies.
- Manage the inventory and availability for sale
- Deliver seamless campaign management from inception, approval, bookings processing, through to production and implementation and post campaign service.
- Responsible for production workflow management and reporting on statuses and SLA’s
- Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive Cartology's business requirements
- Report on campaign workflows and capacity including adherence to required timeframes

**What you’ll bring**
- Knowledge of Excel, Word & Powerpoint is essential
- Media Operations, Shopper, Customer, Trade Marketing or Agency experience within the FMCG environment or customer-centric business is highly desirable
- Clear communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
