Due to our continual success and growth, **Endress+Hauser Australia **have a brand new role available for a Service Coordinator to join our National Service team located in Artarmon, Sydney.

As Service Coordinator your role will provide the primary support to our Field Service team and provide our customers with the first point of contact to initiate Field Service work. This includes support for a range of services, such as scheduling, quoting, material coordination, customer follow up and invoicing for the Service team.

**Role + Responsibilities**:

- Coordination and research of all aspects of a field service visit including personnel, tools, parts, and equipment needed to execute field service works
- Prepare and check quotations for Service work as outlined by customer requirements
- Create and send pre-notifications to customers or colleagues on request or as required
- Order products from product centres or 3rd parties and create PO as required
- Ensure all paperwork for executed service work is collected from Service Technicians and processed correctly e.g. Field Service Reports, JSEAs and any certificates produced for calibration, verification and commissioning
- Ensure job is completed by Service Technician and then close off service order and commence invoicing process
- Participation in monthly service meetings, planning meetings and operational reviews as and when required
- Enter sales orders into SAP as required
- Analyse contribution margins on orders prior to invoicing to ensure acceptable margins are achieved
- Evaluate and enter information for customer terms and conditions, including safety requirement questionnaires
- Responsible for maintaining Service Backlog
- Responsible for handling and correcting problems that arise with scheduling, pricing, incorrect information on reports or invoice, disputes in pricing, credits, etc.
- Ensure calibration tools are in calibration as per the schedule to be ready for the next job
- Task assignment based on the competencies of Field Service Engineers and the needs of the customer

**Skills + Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience working with dispatching or transportation
- Experience putting together larger proposals for projects would be highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service skills to both internal and external customers
- Knowledge and experience in instrumentation and control would be ideal but not essential
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow-through on tasks to completion
