**_About the role:_**

This position is a key role in our busy HR Team and is responsible for supporting all HR processes through administration systems and workflow management.

Responsibilities include coordinating the administration functions for onboarding / offboarding, induction, and recruitment processes. This position will be working on exciting human resource initiatives, business improvement activities and administration.

It is a fast-paced role, where no two days are the same. You will be exposed to all facets of HR management and processes as you establish yourself as integral part of the HR team as you build, maintain and implement HR processes in a rapidly expanding global organisation.

**_About you:_**

You will have an eye for detail and derive high satisfaction from a job well done. You pride yourself on your customer service skills and understand the importance of team work.

You time management and organisational skills are outstanding along with your written and verbal communication. You approach your work with continuous improvement focus whilst meeting the daily demands of the role.

This position would ideally suit an experienced administrator looking for their next challenge in an exciting industry, or you could be looking for an entry level role to kick start your career in HR.
