**The role**
- The Administration Coordinator role will see you perform a diverse range of duties to support the ongoing growth and success of Keystone Radiology. You will lead the management and continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes, working with diverse stakeholders to effectively process, store, and report against confidential information. As a vital member of the Keystone Radiology team, you will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, doctors, and other internal staff. From managing enquiries from referring doctors, our Radiologists and patients to providing ad-hoc administrative support to the executive team, your strong planning and organising skills, ability to problem solve, and proactive approach to work will set you up for success. _

**Requirements of this role;**
- _Experience in a similar senior administrative role_
- _Well-developed administrative skillset with an ability to identify and lead a process and system improvement_
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills_
- _Strong planning and organising skills with excellent attention to detail_
- _Well-developed problem-solving skills_
- _A tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources and/or experience within the healthcare industry is desirable but not essential_
