**This is a terrific role working with a respected community services provider within their brilliant HR/Project team.**

**The Organisation**
Established and highly respected and known for their rich history in supporting individuals and families. They offer a broad and extensive range of programs that provide much-needed support to communities with messaging of empowerment to thrive.

**The Role**
Working closely with the HR team in Melbourne, your remit is to support a key project to review payroll and people data. With strong numeric and analytical skills, you will review reports and compare across current information in their system with regards to pay, relevant awards, look for variations, and put a plan in place for potential remediation. There is also an opportunity to assist the HR team with broader HR work.
You will commence ASAP and be engaged for 2 to 3 months. You will enjoy hybrid working, with the requirement of 1 day a week in the Melbourne CBD office.

**The Fit**
You are HR trained at a level that brings experience with remuneration, award interpretation, and some investigation skills. You enjoy working with data and offer relevant experience within analysis and review. You are computer literate and great with numerics, possess excellent communication skills, are highly organised, and able to problem-solve and provide workable solutions for all parties.
