Working as part of the Project Office, the Business Solutions Support Officer role is to coordinate and pro-actively manage the workflow within the Team, provide exceptional customer services to all stakeholders and support the functions within the team.

This will be a full time, max term contract position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days once fully trained.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage requests and diagnosis issues raised via the Project Office Inbox ensuring timely communication to the business and key stakeholders
- Assist Project Manager’s, Business Analyst’s and Content and Design Specialist’s manage the status and support delivery of Project Office workflow
- Support maintenance of EML’s Process and Procedures across the business

ABOUT YOU
- A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills and excellent time management and organisation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience across systems used across the EML business
- Careful consideration and attention to detail
- Proactive, positive attitude, resilient and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team with good, empathetic people skills
