The Information Systems (IS) team is a key enabler to support the delivery of Baptist Care SA’s mission, providing Digital and Data services within a cloud-only IT environment. We are a progressive transformative highly collaborative team that has thrown off legacy systems of the past to progress our important mission.

We are looking for a highly motivated Solutions Lead with a passion for developing the solutions, integrating systems and an eye for user-centric solutions design. You will play a key role in enabling steps forward to the Organisation’s digital future, by bringing your innovative approach and creating solutions that connect people, processes and technology to ultimately make the lives of so many South Australian’s better.
- The Solutions Lead _is responsible for _supporting the mission of Baptist Care SA by_:

- Leading digital solution development by demonstrating specialist knowledge, taking responsibility for architectural designs and technical roadmaps and ownership of the solutions development lifecycle.
- Managing, developing and implementing integration and information/data management solutions, including defining policy, taxonomies, standards, models and data definitions.
- Enable the organisation’s digital transformation by empowering others to adopt new digitally enabled practices and providing specialist advice to the executive and senior management.
- Taking responsibility for the solutions development team, including defining work practices, directing, motivating and developing the capabilities of each of the team members.
- Leading the continual improvement of the overall user experience of Baptist Care SA systems

- You will also have the following skills and experience:_
- Bachelor (or post-graduate) degree in Information Technology, Cyber-security, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Relevant Industry Certifications (such as ITIL, TOGAF, or Microsoft certifications)
- Proven experience in developing system and data integration solutions, including the use of data lakes, Microsoft SQL (incl. stored procedures), RESTful APIs and coding languages (such as Json).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical solution analysis and development with an entry level understanding of solution architecture.
- Prior experience with the Microsoft Azure Platform, advanced solution development within Microsoft M365 and/or Power Platform and one of the following: CRM systems (such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics), Client Management systems (such as AlayaCare), Finance systems (such as Technology One) or Incident/Risk Management systems (such as CAMMS).
- Previous experience with medium/large sized not-for-profit, social enterprise or charitable organisations is highly desirable. Ideally, with knowledge of the Community Services and/or Disability Services sector

- A current and valid full and unrestricted South Australian driver’s licence (C Class).
- A current and valid DHS: Child-Related Employment Screening/ WWCC
- A current and valid National Police Clearance
- Training - Child Safe Environments (Offered in House)
- Ability and willingness to travel within South Australia and interstate from time to time as directed by the Senior Manager.
- Ability and willingness to work outside of normal business hours from time to time as directed by the Senior Manager.
