**Role Description**

SB Finance Australia is looking for a Loan Writer/Admin Assistant role to join our asset finance team. This is a part-time role with on-site work required in Baulkham Hills, NSW. The Loan Writer/Admin Assistant will:

- Learn specialised industry software
- Understanding clients’ goals, needs and loan borrowing capacity
- Building relationships with customers and referral partners
- Facilitate customer communication and correspondence
- Find appropriate loan solutions for customers, working with the support team analysing supplied documentation, matching to banks product and customer needs.

Looking for someone who shows the following:

- Integrity and driven attitude
- Excellent customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism
- Enjoys a challenge and solving problems with the ability to convert leads to loans
- Motivated and driven to build strong and ongoing relationships with clients and customers
- Organised
- Experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong conversion skills a must, excellent verbal and written communication skills is important to deal effectively with partners, broker, clients and our team
- Thrives in a high pressure work environment

Role is part-time 9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday. Employment is on location in Baulkham Hills. No recruiters

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- No weekends
