Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Booking or Documentation) to join our amazing team in Sydney

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handling customer’s enquiry for sailing schedules, shipment status (cargo tracking), container receivals and availability, verification of payments & release of export BLs and import EDOs and other general enquiries
- Provide updates to customers on change of vessel schedules and planned cargo movements
- Liaise with operations for planned and unplanned changes
- Provide new sales or trade leads to the sales team
- Promote and support ZIM’s e-commerce products to customers
- Coordinate with the documentation team for resolution of complex inquiries or out of scope services and respond to the customer accordingly
- Obtain acceptance of additional service fees from customers prior to authorizing the requested service

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Merchant Marine Trade, Business Administration or related fields is highly preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in the shipping or logistics business
- Demonstrated knowledge of shipping documentations
- Agile, with strong customer focus and good communication skill
- High level of computer literacy
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
