**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity exists to join this dynamic business for a capable and competent Operational Improvement Manager with specialist skills driving a change environment to support the executive and senior management team in a crucial and growing time in the business.

Reporting to the Exeuctive General Manager of Programmed Industrial Maintenance you will be required to support the business projects and initiatives to deliver upon the business plan and strategic objectives.

The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, a background in mining will be advantageous.

You will have an analytical mindset, a flair for numbers and be excited about change with innovative ideas for business improvements to help support the business growth strategy.

Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, you will be agile, flexible and thrive working in an ever-changing environment, whilst maintaining confidences related to high-level information, systems, and operations.

**Primarily you will assume all the below responsibilities**:

- Provide advice to the business and leaders on change management delivery
- Design, develop and deliver of the change management strategy and framework
- Identify the needs, expectations, and requirements of the various stakeholder groups
- Developing suitable measures to track performance
- Provide innovative ideas for business improvements
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership
- Identify risks and potential issues whilst developing proactive solutions

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Change Management, or equivalent.
- Experience leading large and complex end-to-end change implementations
- High level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate to various high-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans
- The ability to build a high level of trust through maintaining confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Strong relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation
- Ability to proactively resolve issues before they evolve into problems
- Able to work autonomously or in a team
