Our specialist Quality function has an exciting new opportunity for an Improvement expert with strong data skill to join the team as a Quality Improvement Manager to work transversally across the organisation.

This position can be based out of our Melbourne or Sydney office.

This newly created role will focus on a range of Quality improvement initiatives using Data as a key enabler including:

- Partnering with all business units to drive quality improvement activities and reduce costs
- Review and standardisation of key metrics across the business and improving data sets, data quality, information flow, visualisation and reporting effectiveness
- Lead the development of customer satisfaction measures across Thales Australia and driving improvement initiatives

This position will play a vital role in the transformation of our business as we continue to drive a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

To fit in nicely with the team, we are looking for an experienced Quality expert who enjoys working with business data systems and has strong people skills. You will need to have the ability to connect and influence business leaders to adopt new ways of operating.

In addition, we would also love for you to have:

- Previous experience with business intelligence & data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mobilise and lead cross-functional teams
- Reporting whizz Create useable and easy to digest reports for the business
- Ability to work with people across all levels
- Passion for customer delivery
