We are currently recruiting for an Operational Improvement Consultant for a large enterprise Client in the Wealth domain.

**About the role**

There is a requirement for an Operational Improvement Consultant to play a key role coordinating and driving this initiative. This person will work collaboratively with Operations Leadership Team and technology architects.

**Responsibilities**
- Define an assessment framework and the associated project plan,
- Understand current Investment Operations capabilities including people, processes, information and technology,
- Assess the current performance and produce a current state assessment,
- Define the future vision and business architecture,
- Identify strategies and activities for improvement, and
- Prioritise improvement activities in a three-year road

**Skills and experience**
- Deep experience (5-10+ years) at operational improvement projects that involve reviewing complete functional areas (rather than individual processes)
- We versed in operational improvement frameworks and methodologies
- Ideally 3-5 years' experience working or conducting projects in investment or funds management operations environments
- May have been a strategy or operational improvement consultant at McKinsey, BCG, Accenture, Big 4 consultancy or boutique consultancy
- May have 3-5 years business architecture experience
- Have a solid understanding of financial services organisations preferably with an Investment Fundamentals qualification e.g. CFA Institute's Investment Foundations Program
