Are you seeking permanent part-time work in the Outer Eastern suburbs? We currently have a great role for an experienced Administration Assistant who has worked in an environment which has involved managing workflow
If you enjoy allocating work, scheduling or dealing with people and area highly organised this role is perfect for you.
As an integral part of this small friendly team you will be responsible for the following:
- Scheduling of work to external Technicians out in the field
- Managing warranty's to ensure service work is carried out
- Liaising with clients to maintain their service requirements
- Updating database and ensuring all data is up to date
- General Administration duties as required of the role.
This role is being offered 3 days per week, working for this family friendly company who care about their people in a team who have a good laugh along the way.
