We are excited to be recruiting for a **Customer Service Liaison **to join our vibrant contact center team at **Aspire4Life.** You will be supporting our regional assessment service assessors (who work remotely across Australia) by taking care of the day-to-day admin tasks that help them run smoothly. You are their ‘back to base’ support and the backbone of the team

We are looking for team members who can remain cool, calm, and collected in a busy environment. You will be a customer service wizz with flexible availability across Monday to Friday. We are open to hearing from those interested in Casual, Part Time, and Full Time roles.

**About the role**:

- Handling a high volume of outbound phone calls (not a sales role)
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with our clients
- Meeting KPIs and deadlines associated within a busy environment
- Capturing and recording information electronically
- Using multiple industry-specific and Microsoft Office programs

**About you**:

- Previous experience working within a call center environment (or an office with high volume phone calls)
- Amazing communication skills. Particularly when it comes to being empathetic, clear and concise over the phone
- The ability to use the technology expected in a corporate office environment (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and databases)

**About Us**:
When successful, you will be required to undertake a national police check, and provide evidence of your right to work in Australia.
