Our client is looking for a new addition to their team to be responsible for carrying out efficient Accounts Payable & Receivable Department tasks in liaison with the Accounts Manager.

Key responsibilities:

- Daily banking for all sites
- Providing customer service efficiently and professionally to all callers
- Process credit card & EFT payments
- Administer overdue accounts (when necessary)
- Data Entry
- Assist with end of day procedures & end of month processing
- Checking invoices prior to distribution
