**Feros Care** is seeking a number of individuals to fill our customer service roles in our vibrant contact center on a full time basis at our Coolangatta office
**.**

You thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and enjoy helping people over the phone. You will need to be an efficient problem solver who has outstanding customer service skills. If you want to work in the aged care sector, making a difference every day, we would like to hear from you

**The Role**:

- Handling of high volume of inbound calls, clients, carers, family and staff
- Booking services and actioning variations to pre-existing services
- Working in a team environment
- Updating client information
- Meeting critical deadlines and KPIs associated within a busy contact centre environment

**About You**:

- Ability to prioritise and multiskill in a busy environment
- Proven experience in a call centre with customer service focus- Experience working with vulnerable people(lived experience is a positive)-
- Well-developed communication skills-
- A high level of computer literacy**About us**:
