We are seeking a** logistics and rostering** superstar to join our vibrant contact centre team as a **Customer Service Liaison.**

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and enjoys helping people over the phone. If you are an efficient problem solver who has outstanding customer service skills, we would like to hear from you

This is a full time, fixed term contract offered on a 12-month basis (with the possibility of extension/renewal beyond this) based in our Coolangatta office.

**The role**:

- Rostering services and actioning variations to pre-existing services
- Updating client information
- Meeting critical deadlines and KPIs associated within a busy contact centre environment
- Strong communication skills, detail orientated, and customer focused required
- Updating of spreadsheets and databases

**About you**:

- You will be someone that is calm and steady during busy periods
- Experience in logistics and rostering (ideally in an aged care environment)
- Previous experience working in customer service industry
- Well-developed communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy
