Customer Service Liaisons
to join our vibrant contact centre in Coolangatta
This isn't just admin—it's being the backbone of our remote assessment team. You'll be their "back to base" support, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

The role:
- Handling a high volume of outbound calls to support client appointments (no selling involved)
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with accuracy and care
- Meeting KPIs and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Capturing and updating information across multiple systems
- Navigating industry-specific platforms and the Microsoft Office suite with confidence
About you:
- You've worked in a call centre or fast-paced admin role and know how to handle high-volume calls like a pro
- You're a clear, empathetic communicator who shines over the phone
- You're tech-savvy and confident using multiple platforms, especially Microsoft Office
- You're goal-driven and thrive on hitting KPIs while delivering great client experiences
