**THE POSITION**
- Lead college catering services, including residential meals, functions, and events.
- Build a strong partnership with our client, ensuring exceptional service delivery and mutually rewarding outcomes.
- Develop leadership capability across the team and foster a high-performance, solutions-focused culture.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to achieve business goals.
- Drive operational efficiency and maximise financial performance without compromising quality.
- Lead and inspire a kitchen team, including a Head Chef and F&B Supervisor.
- Deliver premium catering for internal and external events and functions.
- Ensure consistent quality in the delivery of residential meal services.
- Coach, mentor, and support every team member to reach their full potential.
- Oversee all administrative and compliance functions within your portfolio

**THE PERSON**
- A confident, motivated Manager who thrives on challenges and takes pride in building high-performing teams.
- Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in hospitality.
- Qualifications in hospitality, with business management skills highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Proven success in a comparable or multi-site catering environment.
- A proactive, professional, and positive leader with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training, and developing hospitality professionals.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences every time.
- Inspires others to uphold and grow a quality-branded operation.
- Hold a valid Queensland Working With Children Check (Blue Card), or have the ability to obtain.
