**Overview**
Title: Hospital Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Direct reports: x 3
Reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with the Director and Chief Medical Officer, leading the Business Development Manager and Nurse Manager, the hospital manager will work collaboratively with other teams based across Queensland.
**Role**
- Oversee the development and implementation of hospital program infrastructure, effective operational planning, and annual program budgets, in line with the organisations mission, vision, mandate and strategical direction
- Provide steady and proactive leadership, coaching and supervision of the Hospital team members in collaboration with the hospital management and clinical team and work closely with the executive management team
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring and onboarding program of the hospital team members, identifying strategic attraction opportunities.
- Collaborate with Hospital team members to maintain and uphold a safe and productive work environment
- Manage and approve hospital team member timesheets, including leave requests and absenteeism management n conjunction with the Nurse Manager
- Conduct ongoing employee evaluations and lead the development of innovative hospital team member roles and responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with internal reporting systems is established and maintained
