We are currently have a vacancy for a dedicated & experienced **Hospitality Manager** to join one of our most prestigious sites located in **Brisbane CBD**

**_ Restaurant Associates_** prides itself on providing food and service at the highest level, bringing the fine dining experience of the worlds best restaurants into our clients spaces. This role is perfect for a career focused restaurant manager or similar looking for work/life balance.

**THE POSITION**:

- Client, stakeholder and supplier liaison, including event planning and operational set up to deliver successful functions
- Mentoring and growing your team
- Delivering a seamless operation to the employee food program and adhoc functions
- Developing leadership and employee capability, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
- Driving operational efficiency to maximise financial results without compromising quality

**THE PERSON**
- Demonstrated experience at management level, qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
- **_Experience in a comparable corporate, fine dining or 5 star /multi-site catering environment_**:

- Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
- Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
- Able/Willing to to obtain a National Police check
