Reporting to the Executive Manager, Community Services, the **General Manager, Community Clinical Services **will lead the community based clinical care and support services arm of Feros Care, ensuring our service delivery provides exceptional customer experience, achieving client outcomes and service expectations whilst enabling our “Grow Bold” mission.

Together with a team of regional based managers, the** General Manager, Community Clinical Services** will build and maintain experienced, happy and motivated multi-disciplinary teams of staff, volunteers and contractors across large geographic areas.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Implementing effective workforce planning to ensure staffing levels are optimized and a workforce is always available to achieve responsive service delivery, service levels and continuity of care
- Creating, monitoring and enhancing the tools, processes, systems and training and development programs to ensure contemporary and leading edge products and service delivery
- Ensuring teams have the clinical leadership, expert advice and issue resolution to facilitate high quality community services
- Working closely with the leadership team in the development, implementation and deployment of new products and services to clients
- Lead ongoing organisational change including contemporary techniques in idealization, problem solving and consultation

**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in a Management, Social Welfare, Human Service, Nursing or Health Discipline (and current registration with a professional body where applicable) or broad experience in service delivery and quality systems in either the aged, community care or health sectors
- Demonstrated experience in leading large community based multi-disciplinary service teams across large geographic areas
- Prior achievements in leading, managing and mentoring staff to create a workplace culture that is engaging, positive, playful, creative, cohesive and productive
- Demonstrated experience in high level management in a health service, aged, community or a related environment
- Demonstrated achievements in effective communication, change management and consultation techniques to create and lead an environment where staff are involved in problem solving, idealization and openly embrace new ideas.
- A thorough understanding and advanced knowledge of person-centered care and an ability to deliver consistent professional and innovative services, quality outcomes and exceptional client experience
