We are on the lookout for an experienced, creative, and engaging **Learning & Development Manager** to help us embed our learning strategy and lead a team to deliver industry-leading frontline and corporate training programs in a culture driven to deliver memorable guest experiences.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will see you play a crucial role in the growth and development of our people, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfil their potential and meet business needs and shared vision as we continually grow and transform our business.

This is a hands-on role collaborating closely with the HR, Safety and Operations teams, senior leadership team and managers across our portfolio of properties. You will gain an understanding of the current state and use your knowledge and insights to continue to embed our learning strategy in alignment with our culture Playbook using contemporary learning methods inclusive of culture, diversity, equality and inclusion.

You will lead and guide a team of regionally based trainers to execute and deliver frontline training and support. We love creating holiday experiences and memories that last a lifetime; telling stories and sharing our knowledge; and making places where guests and our team feel like they belong. We bring these connections to life through the way we treat our guests, each other, and communities.

***Core R** **esponsibilities Include**:

- Implement, design, develop and facilitate learning and development framework programs, materials, tools and techniques for our Parks and Lodges, our Sales Centre and our Support team. Ensuring both virtual, blended and face-face options
- Implement specialised levels of training to support employee experience initiatives, diversity, equality and inclusion, leadership development and specialised role specific skills training
- Create a standardised approach, coordinate and development of standards training packages by department
- Ensure consistent learning and training standards across the group
- Oversee regional trainers program management of key Learning and Development initiatives ensuring all relationships with stakeholders are collaborative and positively contributes to overall business objectives
- Contribute to the development of relevant internal processes and policies that support the people strategy
- Oversee Parks compliance training and reporting
- Review current onboarding activities and create a standardised approach.
- Work with the NRMA Group L&D team on a range of initiatives

**How Do You Measure Up?**

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with relevant tertiary qualifications and up to date knowledge and understanding of contemporary learning and development practices is advantageous.
