Cleaning Supervisor

**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team based in Coolangatta, Gold Coast on a Full Time basis.

This hands on working Supervisor role will oversee and coordinate the nightly cleaning activities of the on site dedicated team.

**Responsibilities**:
Ability to work Monday to Friday 2.30pm to 10.00pm.
Oversee and train cleaning staff
Schedule cleaning staff and assign tasks
Ensure that all areas are cleaned to company standards
Ensure that cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working condition
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Handle and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are being met

**Requirements**:
Current police clearance
Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor managing teams
A background in the commercial cleaning services or facilities management area (essential)
Experience with cleaning standards and processes across a variety of industries including universities, schools, manufacturing, commercial etc. (desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
