About the Role:

- We’re on the lookout for a motivated and service-driven Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organisation. This is a full-time, 12-month maternity leave contract
- ,

working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every visitor and caller has a positive experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Switchboard management

: Handle incoming calls with professionalism, redirect queries, and take clear, concise messages.
- Guest experience

: Greet visitors warmly, assist with building inductions, and ensure a smooth arrival process.
- Administrative support

: Provide high-quality assistance across the organisation, including mail distribution and ad hoc tasks.
- Mailroom coordination

: Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries, keeping the space tidy and efficient.
- Meeting room & EV charger bookings

: Monitor schedules, resolve conflicts, and help with alternative arrangements.
- Event & catering support

: Assist with business events and catering logistics as needed.

About You:
You’re a confident communicator with a professional attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You’ll bring:

- Previous experience as aCorporate Receptionist

in a medium-sized organisation.
- A warm and engagingtelephone manner

and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strongcustomer service

abilities and the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Intermediate skills inMicrosoft Word and Excel

- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation.
