**Practice Manager - Perth CBD Clinic**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We’re currently looking for an experienced and driven **Practice Manager** to lead our **Perth CBD** **Clinic** on a full-time basis. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing daily operations while helping drive the ongoing success and growth of the clinic, with a strong focus on Occupational Health services.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, your duties will include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure high standards of care and efficiency
- Coordinating with medical practitioners and ensuring smooth clinical workflows
- Overseeing financial aspects of the practice including budgeting, reporting, and IT systems
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting administration and nursing staff
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and communication with patients
- Driving business development and community engagement initiatives

**ABOUT YOU**
We’re looking for a confident leader with experience in a similar healthcare or medical environment—ideally within General Practice or Occupational Health. You will be a strong communicator, an effective team leader, and someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Proven experience managing teams in a healthcare setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Good computer literacy; experience with medical software is desirable but not essential (training provided)
- A current CPR Certificate and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain them (support available)
