**Practice Manager - New role**

We are seeking an experienced
**Practice Manager **to lead a small administration team, overseeing facilities management, office management and the office accounts for a
**leading boutique legal practice that are located north of the river.**

To be considered for this position you must have worked within the legal services industry in a similar position.

**Duties within role however not limited to**:

- Implementing the evolving strategic plan for the business
- Manage staff training and CPD requirements
- Accreditation, systems, compliance and risk management
- Human Resources
- Policy development and implementation
- Monitor and report on monthly fee earner billings
- Overseeing management of the firm’s website, marketing and sponsorships
- Day to day running of the firm including responsibility for facilities management
- Manage production of all monthly operational and financial reporting
- Design and implementation of operational changes
- Other duties imperative to the productivity and effectiveness of the business
- At times support the lawyers with some legal support duties.

**To be considered for this position you must have**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Practice Manager, Operations Manager or similar
- Enjoy people management and celebrating company success
- High degree of initiative and problem solving skills
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects to improve workplace practices
- Strong people skills to assist with management of staff as well as managing up to three legal practice directors;
- Ability to grow a network of relationships with referrers and colleagues
- Excellent analytical skills
- Positive role model of the firm’s values and policies
